Development zone survey

The Science and Technology industrial park management committee of Ninghai economic development zone is constituted by the combination of the former Emerging Industrial Park and Tech Industrial Park , planning a total area of 18.57 square kilometers and is divided into three blocks: (1) The former Emerging Industrial Park blocks A, B , C 3 District, 8 square kilometers (2) The former Tech Industrial Park Block, 7 square kilometers (3) foreign investment and Tashan blocks, 3.57 square kilometers. After the development and construction of a decade, from small to large in the scale, and has invested 1.4 billion Yuan for the infrastructure, the park's water, electricity, roads, communications, Green, transportation, flood control, sewage, drainage and other infrastructure has been fully supporting.

The Park has been completed 13.5 square kilometers, 489 enterprises have settled into the area, with annual production value of 6 billion Yuan, of which 110 foreign-funded enterprises, foreign investment 400 million dollars, 234.65 million dollars agreement, and 126.01 million US dollars was actually used. So far, the Park has formed a industrial structure which dominated by machinery, molds, metal, stationery, textiles, electronics and other industries.

The former Emerging Industrial Park (9 square kilometers), the former zone three square kilometers, A, B, zone 2.5 square kilometers and 3.5 square km of C zone, the park mainly serve machinery, molds, metal industries which has become a concentrated area of production and operations of mechanical and mold industry There have been 359 enterprises in the Zone, with an annual production value of 2.5 billion Yuan.

The former Tech Industrial Park (7 sq km) established at the end of 1999, mainly serve Ninghai’s larger enterprises, higher levels science and technology enterprises. At present, 65 enterprises settled in the zone, with an annual production value of 1.5 billion Yuan.
Foreign investment zone and Tashan industrial area (3.57 square kilometers), the foreign investment zone (3 km2) is in the midst of planning, Tashan Industrial Area (0.57 square kilometers).
